From the North

Take Garden State Parkway South to exit 142 - Rte. 78. (After the exit ramp, you will be on Rte. 78 West.)

Local directions from Rte. 78 West

(When you are on Rte. 78 West, about 5 miles from the Garden State Parkway, the road splits - Stay in the left lane to continue on Rte. 78. The two right lanes are for Rte. 24.)

Take exit 43 - New Providence/Berkeley Heights.

Follow exit ramp right to 2nd traffic light.

Right onto Mountain Ave. (You will pass Lucent/Bell Labs on the right.)

At 3rd traffic light, left onto South St.

Go about 1 ½ miles to CAHC - We are on the right, about 2 blocks past the traffic light at Central Ave. It is a two story brick building. The blue and white sign has the CAHC logo on the bottom half.

Entrance to parking lot is just before the building, on South St.

From the South

Take Garden State Parkway North to exit 142 - Rte. 78.

At exit, stay to extreme right for toll, follow “Newark Airport / Springfield / Rte. 78” sign. (You will be on Rte. 78 East and must make a u-turn to get onto Rte. 78 West.)

Take first exit “Hillside / Irvington.” Cross over Rte. 78 and follow signs for Rte. 78 West.

Follow Local directions from Rte. 78 West above.

From the East

Take New Jersey Turnpike to exit 14- Newark Airport.

Follow signs for Rte. 78 West.

Stay left through toll, following signs for Rte. 78 West Express.

Follow Local directions from Rte. 78 West above.

From the West

Take Rte. 78 East to exit 44 - New Providence/Berkeley Heights.

At traffic light make left onto Glenside Ave.

Go ½ mile, make a left at sign for New Providence. (Road goes under Rte. 78 & becomes South St.)

Go about 2 miles to CAHC - We are on the right, about 2 blocks past the traffic light at Central Ave. It is a brick building with blue and white CAHC logo on the bottom half. Entrance to parking lot is just before the building, on South St.

New Jersey Transit

(from New York Penn Station, Newark Broad St., Hoboken)

Take Peapack/Gladstone line to Murray Hill Station.

CAHC is about ½ mile from the station.
