Order your CAHC Accreditation Manual
If you are ready to begin the Accreditation process, you will first need your Commission on Accreditation of Home Care (CAHC) Accreditation Manual.
The Manual contains detailed explanations of the Commission's Standards. A thorough knowledge of the Standards is necessary in order to complete the application which can be downloaded below.
To receive your CAHC Accreditation Manual, please submit the following:
- Completed Accreditation Manual Request Form
- Copy of your agency’s signed current Health Care Service Firm license
- Check for $300 for the Accreditation Manual (made payable to Commission on Accreditation for Home Care, or simply CAHC.
